What is eLearning?
The delivery of a learning, training or education program by electronic means. E-learning involves the use of a computer or electronic device (e.g. a mobile phone) in some way to provide training, educational or learning material. (Derek Stockley 2003)

How does it work?
It's simple. Once you've purchased the package you desire (e.g. Black Belt) you will be provided with a unique log in where you can access a secure area of our website. From here, you will gain access to all the relevant case studies / media information / questionnaires for your course.

What Support will I receive?
Lean six sigma courses will receive support from our Master Black Belts via email. They are available to answer any questions regarding the course content and your project at hand.
Our SEO course (only the SEO support package) will be provided with 1 year support from our SEO expert. All questions can be answered via email and live chat. Questions regarding the course content and your website issues can be addressed.

Can I buy 1 log in, and use on multiple machines?
To prevent users handing out their login details to various people your login will be locked to a 'one at a time' rule, meaning only one person can be logged in using your account at any one time. Every computer / laptop has a unique identity number, upon your first login your account will be locked to this computer. Should you need to use your account from another computer (home / work) we can make changes to your account.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes! You can cancel at anytime, however no refunds can be given due to the nature of the material available.

Can I upgrade?
Yes! If you purchased a course, and wish to upgrade to a higher level, you can do so. Feel free to contact us first, as we may be able to provide a discount depending on the course in question.

What are the minimum system requirements?

Software required

Hardware required

  • PC or Laptop (Portable handsets are not guaranteed to work with our site E.g. iPad, iPhone)
  • Operating System - 32-bit and 64-bit versions of XP, Vista, or Windows 7
  • RAM - 512 MB (minimum); 1+ GB (recommended)
  • Processor - Pentium 4 or equivalent
  • Hard Disk Space: 160 MB (minimum) free space available
  • Screen Resolution - 1024 x 768 or higher
  • Broadband
  • Sound card + speakers / headphones

Do you own a Mac? Our website and training courses will work, however Minitab is not currently compatible with a Mac.

If I want a session, how does the process work?
Once you have decided which course you require, you simply order the package online. After completing the payment option (Credit / Debit card / Paypal) you will gain immediate access to the training portal.

How can I pay for the training?
We accept credit card, debit card, paypal and cheque as payment. Should you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us beforehand as your account will need to be manually set up. Should you need to pay via invoice / BACS or purchase order, we can arrange this too, please call us on 0845 409 6441.

Are there any associated costs?
No - Once you have paid for the course we will not charge you for any other material or technical advice. However, if you do decide you require further coaching this will of course be charged at hour hourly rate. (Please contact us for a quote)
Please note, your broadband provider may have a download limit in place, please check this to ensure you will not exceed this when downloading our content. Minitab is required for the Green and Black belt courses, and although a 30 day trial is provided, you may wish to purchase the full software.

Is certification included in the price?
Yes!

For both our Lean Six Sigma and SEO courses, a certificate is provided at the end by 100% Effective Training, which states you are trained in your chosen course.

You do not need to submit any work or projects for SEO courses.
