Online Elearning Lean Six Sigma Training Course Process
The Lean Six Sigma Training course follows the following process. It will typically take you around 60 hours to review the materials in the portal. You will spend around 25 hours completing the exercises and then around 60 hours completing your project.
- Sign up for the training – you will be emailed a password. Logon and follow the instructions
- Review the how to use the system and how to contact us if you have any technical issues (very rare)
- Look around the site to understand how to use it
- Review the materials subject by subject
- Keep notes of questions and email your Master Black Belt
- Complete all the exercises, assignments, quizzes and projects requested
- Ask your Master Black Belt if you have issues
- Complete all the training materials, review the articles, templates and guides, attend the webcasts
- Either complete the case study or a project to go for certification
- Attend a telephone interview
- Become a fully certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Online E-Learning Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Our certification process is the same used by all world class certification bodies and uses the same process and body of knowledge as the AQS, BQF and adheres to the Fisher Business College agreement To certify as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you have to complete the training, pass an exam, complete a project and attend an interview (phone). Following this process you will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate which is the same as if you attended an open course.
Once you have passed you can download your certificate which we would advise you show to current or future employers.
