Online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course Process
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training course follows the following process. It will typically take you around 35 hours to review the materials in the portal. You will spend around 15 hours completing the exercises and then around 30 hours completing your project.
- Review the how to use the system and how to contact us if you have any technical issues (very rare)
- Review the materials subject by subject
- Keep notes of questions and email your Master Black Belt
- Complete all the exercises, assignments, quizzes and projects requested
- Ask your Master Black Belt if you have issues
- Complete all the training materials, review the articles, templates and guides
- Either complete the case study or a project to go for certification
- Attend a telephone interview
- Become a fully certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Our online certification process is the same used by all world class certification bodies and uses the same process and body of knowledge as the AQS, BQF and adheres to the Fisher Business College agreement. To certify as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt you have to complete the training, pass an exam, complete a project and attend an interview (phone). Following this process you will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate which is the same as if you attended an open course.
Once you have passed you can download your certificate which we would advise you show to current or future employers. At the bottom of the certificate you will see issued by 100% Effective Training please email us at verify@100pceffectivetraining.com to confirm certification.
