Lean Practitioner

Lean (Manufacturing / Enterprise) provides massive opportunities for companies to reduce waste and hence save money, while improving customer satisfaction.  The tools and techniques have been used by all the major companies in the world to provide massive savings and improved customer satisfaction.  The Lean Practitioner is skilled in all aspects of lean principles, tools, techniques and implementation.  This training course provides a certification in Lean which proves your ability in all aspects of Lean.  The tools associated with Lean will be explained individually and then brought together to show how they can work together to provide the benefits to an organisation through the use of simulation.  The course also focuses on the people aspects of Lean and explains how to foster the culture needed for Lean to work.  The Lean Practitioner training also highlights how  to understand your current position and implement lean into your company.  To certify as a Lean Practitioner you must provide evidence of the use of Lean through a project and have passed the end of course quiz.
