Lean Kaizen Blitz Event Training Course

Kaizen Events or Kaizen Blitz events or workshops have been used by many companies as a way to obtain great benefits in a quick and effective manner.   Typically cross functional teams are brought together in one place for a short period of time to review a problem / process, understand the root causes and then to generate and implement solutions.  The Kaizen Event or Blitz will enable this to be done far quicker than any other continuous improvement method and as such it is used throughout the world. 

Running a Kaizen Blitz event is not as straight forward as it may seem.  This is why we have developed a training course to train Kaizen leaders to successful run Kaizen events or Blitz workshops.  For over 15 years we have been running Kaizen events all over the world, we have taken our learning and developed this training course to pass on our knowledge so that you can run your own events and obtain fantastic results quickly and effectively. 
The training will provide you with not just the methodology of running a successful Kaizen event but also the psychology required to get the best from your team.  We provide a number of templates and guides to use during your Kaizen Blitz workshop which will lead you through step by step how to ensure success.  Kaizen requires leaders or facilitators with a number of key skills including how to run an event, how to be a good leader, how to be a good facilitator and of course Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, the training course covers all of these areas.
