To try to ensure that your certification is robust, internationally recognised and therefore effective you must ensure that the training and certification you choose is correct.  As such we have teamed up with the Fisher College of Business to ensure that our certification program is in line with accepted best practise.  By completing our Green and Black Belt training programs you will adhere to the standards as set down by Fisher, AQS and BQF the only 3 bodies recognised worldwide.
The issue as outlined by Fisher College of Business is that there is no standard only best practise.  Ensure your training company complies to get the best value for money learning. Our learning satisfies the panels at all three initiations.  You can therefore rest assured that your certification in either Green or Black Belt is legitimate.  Once you have certified with us and remember certification is included in the price you can easily apply to BQF or ASQ for their stamp of approval. 
Your online certification process is exactly the same as that used for open courses. You just have to follow the following steps

• Knowledge assessment – Complete the whole training course and obtain an 80% pass mark on the final quiz in the training.  This is a multi choice open book test
• Project assessment – You must complete either one project for green belt or 2 projects for black belt which show your understanding of the tools and techniques associated with DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma.  One of these projects can be our case study or you can choose past or present projects. 
• Interview – Once you have completed your projects we will conduct a telephone interview to assess your knowledge of the subject and how well you completed your projects.  This typically lasts up to 1 hour and will require some pre materials emailed to our master black belts
• Certification – Once you satisfy the requirements you will be presented with your green or black belt internationally recognised certificate
• Once you have passed you can download your certificate, which we would advise you show to any current or future employer.  At the bottom of the certificate you will see issued by 100% Effective Training please email us at verify@100pceffectivetraining.com to confirm certification.
