Comment: The skills I gained whilst studying for my yellow belt last year have worked well in my current role as a finance analyst in the public sector, for example: processes I've adapted to my role include "The Ultimate Factory" (or office) to review and simplify processes which have become too cluttered and have lost sight of the "goal" Another Six Sigma process I've adapted to my environment is mixing the Business Analysis "Spaghetti Map" which depicts movement around an office (photocopier, printer etc) with the seven wastes and by using DMAIC analysed why we have this problem of disorder and how best to streamline the process and cutout waste resulting in Lean office processes and ultimately saving money in the long-term. e
